P.O. Box 1831, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71613. Cancelled check will be your receipt.
After depositing your check into our bank account, if we are charged for NSF (insufficient funds), you will have to pay for that charge.
Each training costs $84.00. Anybody who wants to take all five training courses will pay a discounted total price of $370.
